flushing to remove supposed salts build up and or ph issues is alright, though more often than not, your plants are already screwed. Unless they are already into flower. Yes, if I did a flush for ph issues, I'd definitely use a mild nutrient solution, 200-300 ppm, otherwise, you plant then starves until nutrient levels return to normal in the medium
