I was thinking the same thing but a lot of people don't care out here shit I don't really care my lights are bright af at night but in tents so don't shine half as bad as his, everybody here has a medical card it's super super easy to get, but he could be growing veggies as well but doubt cuz you can damn near have a garden out side Year around here.
