New Grower Az OG Kush

So I was hanging with my dealer the other day and he busted out some nugs that looked... alright.
He said the strain was Az OG Kush.... which confused me. a lot.


Just wondering if anyone has heard of, or seen, or smoked this Az OG Kush?
I'll take some pics (cam is on the charger ATM) so you can see it..
Im about to blaze a bowl of it, but just wondering if the name rings a bell for anyone else?

sounds like og kush grown in AZ.... lol... but .... all right.... doesnt describe well grown OG Kush... I assure you..

JM is probably right. That is what growers are doing out West and in the SW. They are growing their own cut and then naming it for distinction. Most all real OG is clone/cuttings only. If it is an outstanding variety it may spread ( e.g. Lake Tahoe OG) and end up as a desired variety at MM dispensaries. That is what I have observed over time.

I'm also thinking it's kush from AZ. I know 2 medical growers here in Phoenix that harvested OG Kush within the last month. If your guy has medical connections it could likely be theirs.
