: Thanks Chez Swamp', Gumbo Z' Herbs it is!,...oh my yes there's chicken in there, it's just buried!.... next time I'll get some Andouille to toss in der as well, as I do like some sweat-up heat in my food,... but Dad's guts don't take it well, so I have to be careful! -there's cayanne, and a hatch pepper in there too, of course a good splash of hot sauce.... Trader Joe's has a nice convenient prepackaged bag of Southern style greens- mustard, collard, spinach,... if I make a bigger batch I'll add swiss chard or summn else,... what's the Chez's choice of greens? :smoke:
