Looking at the height difference what ever happened started a week or two ago as the healthier plant is a couple of inches taller than the sick one.
Try tagging @Eyes on Fire he seems fairly knowledgeable on all things soil.


not so in this case....it sprouted and it never gained and speed..very very slow growth....Iam gonna soak and flush with 6.2 water for a few hours tomorrow to see if I can rectify this

Narrowing things down a little.
Is it a dud seed or dud soil?
Did the soil come from the same bag or do you amend your own. Could the soil have been a little hot from the start?
