@Vapo69 . I get a little algae on the smart pots in the greenhouse, never seems to bother. Same algae grows on the top of the soil in the garden. Never gets slimy on the pots though
material type pots do seem to take on a life of their own.have seen white crusty ones to.

they grow algae, white soil mold of the type I see around the compost, and they accumulate crust from mineral deposits

I know for a fact that my wife will be pissed, if i pack up my fishing gear and tell her I am hitchhiking to Alaska for some fishing!! Ah hell...I'll just leave her a note!! ;)

But.....if i hitch that means i get to fish the entire country on the way...see a lake that looks good? "Hey bud, drop me off right here!!" :D When i was in my 20's I did exactly that, but my wife was there with me!! All the way from here to Alaska(only made it to Anchorage though before summer was ending)
