Pineapple slip nicely rooted, about ready to go in some soil..I usually just throw them in some Fox farm or roots organic w/ extra perlite, whatever I have lying around for my houseplants. They take off in either one, plenty of food in there as they aren't heavy eaters..Every so many weeks I'll come by and throw a good handful of worm castings on the surface and water them in.If I'm feeling like it, once in a while I'll give them a foliar kelp mist..

Gotta love simple engineering. Was watching a video on these ice stupas they came up with in the Himalaya's. From what I can tell, they create them during the winter, and then they take so long into the summer to melt that they are able to provide water during the early growing season. :smoking:

Did you guys know the single seed centre is back up and running . They have the best priced seeds in my opinion.

They were down for a while, happy they're not gone for good..It's nice to grab one seed here, three seeds here etc especially when trying out different breeders .

Going to do this again soon. And see how many times I can grow a pineapple from the same top with the kids. Fun little edible project lol.
