I’ve not been cooking as much the past couple months with my health. But when I’m up to it and can eat we still make a good meal. I’m down 40 pounds in less than two months but this isn’t a planned diet and I wish how I feel on nobody

Few pounds of shell on cleaned shrimp that I chamber vac sealed in spices, skewered for the grill
 
Country style pork ribs grilled with side salad. Then wife made homemade noodles and chicken soup over mashed potatoes.

Chicken thighs the wife deboned, seasoned up on the smoker for 4 hours, green beans sautéed in onions with baked potatoes
 
Country style pork ribs, corn on the cob and had leftover rice that I made fried rice with
