Yes, an autoflower can be cloned, cut, topped and regenerated.
My Afghan Kush Ryder has been regenerating for 8 weeks of her 22 week life.

What strain are you working with, Agito?

Afghan Kush Ryder from WOS is damn near worked perfectly. I have thrown everything I had at it to grab some pollen. All to no avail. I don't know how they did it, but I can't get it to hermie AT ALL.

And for anyone following, the smoke from my AKR that was regenrated was the same (if not worse) than the initial harvest. I would advise against regenration unless you are experimenting or testing somethng specific. It will cost more in resources to maintain than a new bean will cost. Just my .

just practice on my short ryders.
try to over flower a bud for 5-6 weeks but i will be using coldial silver but you lose 4 weeks waiting for the hermie flowers to produce an by this time the mothers are well over ripe and not produce seeds so regeneration would be ideal
