I think any lux meter app would work. It's a good tool for setting up lights and plants. Can also check light reflectivity on walls to move plants around a little better
I think the 650ma will drop the voltage also but increases efficiency . Or am I total going in the wrong direction with my thinking ? It's all new to me so bare with me. By the way the (lux) luminosity was @4600-4800 @18in with my little bootleg app. I will use the same app after the upgrade.
You know what I should probably test the light I'm actually modifying in case there's any major discrepancies between the two. I guess I'll have to put it back together.
