I've removed some Fan leaves on these two...so you can See what I See......... .....

Far Right and the one to the Left of it....

The one on the Right with individual buds per Bud site ...the Multi head is stacking multiple Bud per Bud site.
Overall Density at his point....I'd say 3-4 times the Standard pheno...Compare the Top Bud density.....you can See it

It is Faster too...the Bud on the MultiBud is more Mature...at this point........
