Took 3 out for the chop​

 
I followed the ATK Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe, It made "Truck Stop" size servings. I could not eat it all but it was delicious. I used a young Pecorino Romano in place of the swiss. it was a little salty, next time I will mix in some Mozzarella. Also on the plate was mashed cauliflower.
