I would suggest a formal business plan with clear and honest assessment of what you would like it to be along with financials. Don't sugar coat anything!!! Far too many businesses, even with the deep pockets, go out of business by not having a clear view of what the goals are and how it will work financially. To be honest, what you are proposing is a 24/7 365 commitment. Are you ready to commit to that long term?

Remember the 7 P's- Prior propper planning prevents piss poor performance!!!

You have the basics of a good concept. Just need to lay out a good plan of what it is, how to get there financially, and finances going toward the future of the business. Also, look into zoning laws and the legal ramifications as well. Bottom line, it IS a business first and a lifestyle as well.

Sorry if this is too blunt, but I've seen too many good and smart people piss away everything they've worked for without the proper due diligence.

I’ve got a business plan in place and the ideas to make it grow too. I understand like u say too many people lose soo much when it goes wrong as I’ve seen it personally. Any advice is good advice in my eyes so thanks @Cerebral Goo

I think you’ve got a good idea with getting it going and staying quiet about the 420 stuff until it’s fully legal.

Like starting a vape shop that sells CBD products, but quietly having the intentions to become a full on licensed dispensary when the time is appropriate....

Love a bit of fishing, only ever been out on a boat fishing once! Freshwater carp fishing is probably the generic thing I do here in the UK probably like most stoners here in the UK… peace and quiet from the Mrs and life itself looool
