Would be interesstig to see the diffrence. Keep us informed bout that. And yes finaly there are certain people who aint make a mystery out of it and Sharing what they expirienced. For me the big Question still is if there are diffrent Outcomes if you would press it with difrent kinda Micron Screens as we know tea bags and coffefilters are around 20-50 micron. At Bho it makes a big differ using difrent Micron Screens to extract.

I don't know the micron size, with tea bags and kief you don't need much pressure just a pro-longed application of the heat and it bubbles out.
With too much pressure the teabags have a tendency to split and so some contaminants can escape.

This is just experimenting for us, the quality of the material is not good, who we gave the kief too added something to it to try and bind it together.. I suspect some kind of oil, but the result was some foul stuff.. I'm not normally squeamish about smells but it was really rank, plus also made me mad they ruined a whole bunch of not bad kief.. Idiots.
So as I say this is just to get something from garbage essentially.

Will try the lower temp, maybe not tonight but one night this week.

really sounds like i have to come over for a weekend and do a workshop with the Guys Tea Bags are ussualy 20-25 Micron coffee filters between 30-50 mircrons. Still not perfect on that Stuff too but im getting very Familar with it. Still a huge Fan of Bho over here even if the etraction is eating more time ect. Did You know that you also can press superb Pollm hash using the Roisn technique but the only differ is you put the Kief in cellufan foil then wrapping newspaper around it making the newspaper wet ad then Press.....finest Hash ive seen since a long Time almost like a mix of Full melt and fresh made Marrocan Hash.

That's interesting too! I had the same thought as although hopefully the majority of the oil comes out it has a slightly pressed all be it very thin appearance. Good idea though,
We tried the coffee filters a couple of times but nothing was able to escape them.

Low temps, high pressure will yield best results.

The key to using the tea bags at high pressure is to leave room for the kief/hash to expand.
No blow outs

Edit* - initially we found that too loose the oil was soaking back into the tea bag, too full like you say - blow outs, perhaps it's just finding that middleground, as long as the oil was juicing out nicely it's been a case of just working through the piles

I really have to make some Rosin again. Since my Hairstraightener gave up i didnt mind it anymore but i just looked and found a nice one where you can up the temps from 50 degrees celcius in 10 degrees steps up to 200 degrees so this baby must be a wicked tool for Rosin. And its only 15 bucks so i need to ride to the local Electroic store 2 morrow
