Location: DIY Closet in Garage (R14 insulation)
Ventilation: AC Infinity AI-CLT6 Cloudline T6 w/Controller and matching Carbon Filter
Added HVAC ducting from house HVAC to garage closet. AC Infinity exhausts back to entry way of house from garage via attic and ceiling vent. Didnt want the house to be neg pressure.
Lighting: HLG 135 Watt Quantum Board V2 Rspec
Grow room size: 21"d X 27.5"w X 69 h
Grow Media: Coco Coir and 30% Perlite
Pots: Fabric Pot/Bags
Nutrients: General Hydroponics Flora Grow, Bloom, Micro Fertilizer set.
Fans: Just some Walmart specials
Temp Monitor: Sensor Push Wireless Temp Monitor
My first grow. So far its doing good. Started with a sour crack and 1 bonus seed they sent. Growing inside my house just isnt an option for me right now as I dont want any chance of my kids getting into it. Maybe when they are grown ill move the grow into the house but for now the garage will have to do. I built an insulated closet in the garage with R-14 rating. Not gonna go into the details of the build too much but if anybody has questions just ask. Dont judge too hard on my construction methods. I know how to properly frame in a closet but changed things up a bit various reasons (optimal insulation and existing wall stud placement). Would have liked to make the closet bigger but I didnt want to interfere with pulling my vehicles into the garage. Grow enclosure is air tight to garage. Caulked all seams and used silicone door seals. I figured out how many oz I need per month and factored in how many plants id need to grow per cycle. 2 seems to be the magic number for me. Just not a heavy smoker.
