are you talking about that tiny bit of yellowing at the tips?
Had the same issues on day 24. They started as a very very little lightgreen almost white spots. Then they spread bigger and remain very lightyellow in the middle and has yellow perimeter.

those leaves almost always turn on me. the first set yeah?
Both actually. The tiny yellow leaf tips arent getting a pig problem cuz they seem that they arent spreading. But the lightgreen spots are spreading.
1st set after the tri leafed set.

Give pictures of the whole plant under natural light, zoom into problem spots. We know the day but take measures of ec/ppm and pH.
It looks like Ca -def but I cannot diagnose with those pics yet. May also be pH fluctuation that causes these spots.
