Five days in paper bags and Dragons Blood is ready for my curing jars,she has come in at 81 grams so just shy of 3oz. I've had a little taste and the taste of fresh plums is the most dominant but there are other flavours in the background I'm sure my jars will bring those forward in a few weeks.
