Thanks for the welcome.
I have been growing with LEDs for nearly 10 years, and have experience of a many hundreds of autos in LED grows, and still looking forward to learning more from other growers. My best was 3.0 + oz dry from a single auto.
When I first started I had to make huge arrays using 5mm LEDs, but my final design (deep reds, royal blues, warm whites all in 3 or 5 watt) was now been in use for a number of years and still performs very well. I hate the majority of commercially available LED lights, most are very poor technically. My final mix of colors and light programs grows the most trics I have ever seen on autos.
I used to have a huge thread on another site from 2006-2012 which showed my experiments (google "the_B0fin"), at one point I had a genuine 1KW (not equivalent) of home brew LED running.
I then fell pretty ill and have not really been back on forums since, I just had a quick flick though my pics heres a few, which illustrate the above. Looking forward to being a contributor.
