I have all my frost bros 30 inches away from my 600watts of lights and none are doing that, i'd rather bend my 4 week old plants down in half (which i did) than raise the light up and risk leggy babies. Once you have your light distance dialed in you will cruise through seedling and veg stage.

The worst that will happen is 1 will be big 1 will be smaller, i had this happen in a big SIP but i had good bud off both plants so i was happy.

Mega crop for the win! but i would like to see you dial in those grow dots in the future unless you didn't buy much of them then in that case just don't buy again.
