Hi everybody, this is my first auto run, and I’m kicking itoff with some Onyx and Auto Assassin.

I’m using a 400w Metal halide in a tiny 2x2 foot closet, and I’m using pro-mix hp.

I started germination on March 1st, in mytraditional egg tray with paper towels on a heating blanket. Started four seedsof each and I got lucky because they all germinated.

Now I’m in day 24 and I’m left with 5 girls left in theroom, and I’m keeping the males under a florescent shop light with my clones togrow some more pollen.

They’ve been taking a fair amount of nutrient, but they needbigger, deeper pots.

Those are some beauties man. I wish you luck in the rest of your grow. I will check it out along the way.

Thanks Squid! I got an unknown super auto in the mix! The strain is called 'shishkaberry' just found the seed in the bud i was smoking, i assumed it was photoperiod and I even took two clones to flower them to determine sex, but there's white hairs on this girl and she's been under 18/6 since seed, so I'm pretty excited about this.

The AA and Onyx are still looking all right, but they needed more root space awhile ago, bigger pots tonight or tomorrow though because I'm moving out of the tiny closet and into my diy grow tent for some added space. Still broke, so it's gonna be a metal halide probably for the duration of the grow.

What do I need to adjust my ph? Not low or high yet, I've just been using the strips to test it, but I need to pick up some stuff in the event that things get wacky, which they will.

Looking good Ganjaman. Using Promix, you should be pH'ing to around 6.3

Thanks Jackal. Its good to have you aboard.

Bigger pots and a 1000w hps with a hortilux bulb!
I built a 5x3 space to make this possible, and last night I transplanted all the autos into 3 gallon pots. I'm running the system on 75% so its actually only a 750w right now, but its a bitch to keep the heat down.
This 'shishkaberry is getting massive, the white hairs on it are really wide, looks odd, but everything's healthy to my knowledge, they are still growing vertically so I'm feeding every other water with a complete vegging nutrient, I'll post some pictures later today, but im not really too sure when to start feeding with more flowering nutrient. I've seen people introduce it early in small amounts and slowly building up, but I'm not really sure because maybe I can stretch the vegging time by waiting until vertical growth stops completely.

I wouldn't switch til they stop if you have the space. Usually week 5-6 is when I start flowering nutes.

The runoff ph after watering is more like 6.7. Last two pictures are of that random seed I was talking about that started flowering under 18/6. I started flowering nutrients already because its getting a bit too big...and its on week 7 i think...(had it in an 18 oz pot for the longest time before it started flowering)

Also, I have a really big onyx that still hasn't really shown signs of sex other than one white hair about two weeks ago, but now I don't see anything. I'm on day 31 seems a big odd. Looking at that picture close up I think i might even see a pollen sac . Wait and see i guess.

Switched to flowering nutrients today. I think you can see the heat damage in a couple pictures, it took awhile to get to the right temps. I'm left with 1 onyx and 3 auto assassin, one of which is a sativa pheno. I'll post pictures of that one soon because im not too sure how to prune it, its really full.

Nice looking garden bro, can't wait to see those nugs fatten up :smokebuds:

Thanks man! I hope they fill out well. Issues seemed to start with bringing in flowering nutrients. Perhaps I should have slowly switched over because I think I ended up with either a cal-mag deficiency or h202 poisoning. Either way I picked up a cal-mag booster today and I stopped the h202.
