Good choice Rover, I too think you will be happy and you are defintely doing the right thing by just starting with 1 plant, in my opinion it is the best way to start growing. You focus all of your time, energy,light,nutes etc. etc. on just one plant so it in a sense get all the love! I am one of the folks that runs mine 24/0 just because I think photosynthisis occuring all the time is a good thing(that is just me though) there is more than one way to skin a cat as they say, and i have seen monster grows with 18/6,20/4, and 24/0 so it is just one variable in a very long list. It seems like a cool thing almost like a hobby!!! Shit i brew my own brew an its fun as hell!!! Turning 46 and just started again been a while but truth be told the boozing is far worse than good smoke!!! Was a regular smoker in the 80s . back when skunk weed or lambs breath was the shit!!!! whole new ball game!!
