Autopots grow monster plants.

It's pretty obvious that anything that takes us knucklehead growers out of the loop improves the plants we can grow.

Just curious, but have you gone thru a harvest just hand watering the trays? I’ve had some ladies that could drink that tray dry in no time during full bloom. I know when I wanted to add a dose of Recharge to the trays, I would turn off the rez for a couple hours and the trays would be ready to fill. I’d be hand watering all day and that would defeat my purpose for using autopots in the first place, my travels.

Ive been hand watering the trays my last 3 grows. I took out the floats and just fill the tray. I had problems with the res from the git go, so I just switched over to hand watering. I fill the tray, when its empty I refill it. works great.

Are you using clay rocks in the bottom of your pots?

Using a layer of real chunky perlite on the bottom of pot.

I use about 1.5 inches of clay rocks.. maybe 2 inches

I have never use anything but Coco, all the way.

100% Coco with air domes, 100% Mega Crop by Greenleaf, Samsung LM301B top-bin LED diodes with Deep Red, blue and UV diodes. All lighting 100% controlled by the ChilLED controller. Sweet indeed.

heres my long overdue update i was supposed to be part of this test but due to unexpected circumstances and delays i ended up not being able to grow for a much longer period of time than expected i apologize to autopots and the people who organize these things and hope this goes some way to make up for it so here what i got going

WEEK 1 OF FLOWER
its the end of week one on 12/12 all the girls in autopots have shown sex and are beginning to bud this WW x BD starts flowering almost immediately
feed has been 1.2 EC just bumped up to 1.4 after adding 1ml of big bud per liter heres the full line up im using this round

think im getting the cal mag ratio right nice white veins in the fans feeding the cal mag at 1.5ml and to adjust for the amount of nitrogen in the cal mag im only giving 0.5 of the part A you can see the difference in the the top picture from a new growth leaf and the bottom picture a older fan i do think that its fading swear it was a deeper shade of red a couple of days ago

swithed to this cal mag and root booster instead of my old ones root booster is nearly half the price of any other so we will give it a go the cal mag is the lowest nitrogen content one i could find the canna one is around 4% way too much or my liking
