Day 39 and she's definately starting to work on bud building, very done a bit of leaf tucking and will hit her with a bit of defoliation soon to try and improve light penetration as she's mega bushy

She looks very similar to my very bushy northern lights auto. I didn't realise I could defoliate and it made managing her extremely difficult. I defoliated last week, but not before the buds were damaged by all my poking around, tucking leaves and LST'ing. I'll be interested to see how your defoliation turns out, good luck

Gave her a light defoliation earlier and noticed a bit of clawing on some of the newer growth inside. These nutes are heavy on the N so know to take it slower with them going forward. Moving over to bloom nutes anyway now which should be a bit kinder on her.

When I eventually defoliated my bushy plant, I discovered leaves inside weren't looking as good as the rest of the plant, but I imagine it was because they were receiving such little light

Yeah, there was very little light penetration but N tox is pretty distinguishable. Was only very slight however and hasnt affected flowering. Looking like this is going to fill out nicely.

Here she is after her defoliation and watering with bloom and PK nutes. Day 41. She has finished growing at 11" so she's a midget but a chunky one.
