Got rid of some fan-leafs yesterday, probably 50%, they seemed to bounce back and continue to grow, I’m sure they added 25% in leaf-size since yesterday. Bet it will be full of leafs within five days to a week max

I was scared to take more as they need the leafs to grow. A bit of a guessing-game as I’ve never done photoperiods before.

I started to germinate them and they popped up around the 14-17 January 2024.

Some days later and almost everyone is up with a germ-rate of 95%+

Then it was time to select the best ones as good as I could at this early stage and plant them in their final container of ~1 gal/3.6L pots.

Got them on an EC of 1.4 with just base-nutrients and some silica.

Not sure if it was me or if its the genetics, but I took away the fan-leafs to promote growth of the size-branches i had one Idea

Raised EC to ~2.0, might raise it a bit more to a maximum of 2.1 - 2.2 in a couple of days.

Have switched on the UV and the far red diods to see how they respond.
