Hopefully adding the RO setup will solve the issue. Plants just kept dying as flower would set in, the chlorine and it's byproducts are just no bueno here. It was really shitty with the organics; tolerable with chem grows, just slightly unpredictable.

So, organics again. Plants are about triple the size you see here, I'll post more pics when I get home. Mix of mostly RBF, some WMD, and there may be a Duke in there. I didn't bother labeling them.

Trying not to pluck too many leaves and I'm just letting them go straight up for now. I'll probably get off my ass and spread them out when the cotton balls set it.

Coming along...

Cotton balls setting in nicely. Not sure which they are but you can definitely see the differences.

@Jean-O even with the 5 stage ro system I'm seeing some drying spotty leaves on some of the plants. Would organic cal-mg help this? Also, some yellowing tips. These buckets are about 25% worm castings and Dr Earth. Is this nitrogen def or should I be amending with Dr Earth flowering powder? Lights to close maybe? Trying to keep at least 12-14" - the tall girls are stretching now, so it's a daily chore to raise em.

Could be a bit of nitrogen toxicity with the burnt tips n dark green leafs the claw is also a sign of either too intense of lighting and nitrogen toxicity. The Duke is fairly finicky with nitrogen n light intensity some phenotypes of the Blue Dog also can be. Where did you first notice the spotting on the leafs, top middle or bottom? Calcium is I believe an immobile nutrient and magnesium is mobile so if the spotting started at the bottom of the plant I would think it's a Mag deficiencie if it started near the top of the plant it's likely calcium. There should be quite a bit of calcium in the worm castings I would think. Maybe something throwing the nutrient uptake out of balance like a ph issue possibly.

Started at the bottom, now I'm starting to see some in the tops but not too bad. Little rust patches mostly. Added some cal/mag to a clean 20g of water to 85ppm. See if that helps.

I'm thinking I can see the two WMD - tall and sativa-like? These girls keep stretching I'll have to put their sister's up on milk crates. Cotton balls seem to be starting to solidify a bit. The tallest seems a little sad, think she'd prefer a bigger home over homer buckets.

Tied most of them back. Running out of space! Not a bad problem to have, yet. So I left a couple, pinched/tucked some leaves. Be interesting to see the yield difference.

This big gal is really unhappy in her little bucket. I know transplanting during flower is no bueno but I'm wondering if this may be an exception to the rule @Jean-O ? I'd hate to see this one stall, she's looking like she's got a lot of potential.

What size pot is it in? I've transplanted during flower n never seemed to bother anything but you need to be careful when doing it. She honestly just looks a little hungry but I prefer my plants to be fading towards mid flower. Some droopy leaves on her so maybe it's just a bit thirsty depending on your water schedule. If it's in a 5 gallon pot or bigger I'd just try upping the feeding and maybe up the amount of waterings rather than try to transplant.
