Mephisto Genetics how true are the descriptions of meph seeds effects

i have a couple of high cbd strains under my belt atm

and have just got into the mephisto strain hype if that what it is.
i know one cap does not fit all, i get that, and having read all the smoke reports ,it seems as though this seedbank does tie in pretty tightly with the described highs/effects.
i appreciate that this is all done with the f4/5 varieties all but guaranteeing pheno types.
I'm after an anxiety busting strain upbeat type for the daytime and some knockout drops for night time as i am currently drinking was too much to help me sleep, its a never ending anxiety circle
i currently have in my hands from mephisto seeds:
3 x Double Grape
3 x gold glue
5 x orange biscuits
3 x strawberry nuggets
3 x sour stomper
7 x 3bog
5 x sour crack

after loads of reading i see bluetooth special is the best for sleep , how does gold glue hold up against it.
your very informed experience would be greatly appreciated

Generally, indica dominate strains tend to lean more towards couch lock and good sleep. Sativa dominate strains tend to lean towards the energetic body high. There is no correct answer, so if I were you, I'd pick 2-3 strains, grow them out, and see which works best for your needs.

StrawberryNuggets (~85% Indica) is my favorite mephisto sleep strain, along with 24Carat.
The other indica dominant strains that didn't seem to have as sleepy an effect as hoped for are SourCrack (I=90%), SourLivers (I=80%), and ToofDecay (I=80%).
But I'll be trying those again in the future, in case I harvested too early the first time.
Skywalker (I=65%) and CremeDeLaChem (I=70%) both provided much better than expected sleep.

For me, even sativas can be sleepy, but not for as long, or as calmly as a 75%+ indica.

From the ones you have I would do Strawberry Nuggets, Gold Glue, and
Sour Crack.

The descriptions are pretty accurate, and the total grow times are not fabircated. Sour Crack is a fast strain, and can have some heavy Indica buds. I am finished up a few Strawberry Nuggets now, one is Purple pheno. They get bigger than Sour Crack. Very bushy, thick, uniform and like many BOG Strains.... Indica based

you definitely picked out some good ones. Run a few but definitely make sure one of those is sour crack, you won’t regret it, That one is special.. and at least for me, it provides the effects you are looking for. I find that it’s a strain that adapts to the situation but only so much. As in, I can smoke it during the day I just can’t over do it during the day or I will be taking a nap.

But it’s great for night time when I need to get my mind to quit running in circles. It won’t put me to sleep right away but it points me in the right direction. If I over do it, I’ll wake up and 2 hours have gone by.. so a little narcolepsy if you aren’t careful. Sour crack has an obvious calming effect on me and I don’t experience any anxiety from smoking too much of it either.

To be fair I have t tried some of your others but I have the double grapes a few weeks from maturity and these girls have the largest trichromes I’ve seen, they just sparkle. The double grape hype so far seems well deserved, we’ll see how it smokes. And my 3BOG is but a seedling so we shall see.. but the sour crack is a must run for sure. Goes without saying if you are in a rush, that’s your strain. It’s amazinly fast and I can’t wait to start more this weekend

I agree with you. Double Grape is a frosty strain, but doesn't smell like grape..nothing compared to Sour Stompers grape smelling pheno. But a great strain, with tons of visual appeal. 3 BOG is good, I have grown many. I done a vast majority of Mephisto strains. Sour Crack is a VERY special plant. It is why I chose to grow Mephisto initially. I bought a ton of Sour Crack, 24 Carat, and Toof Decay my first order. Sour Crack impressed me from the get go and I will always hace that strain in my possession. It is the base for some amazing Crosses along with anything with Walter White. White Crack is a perfect example of what I like. Fast, medium sized, dense, frosty, and great structure. I prefer Rosin producing strains for personal. Everyone has their own personal needs and opinions. I love Sour Crack because I can run a really nice plant start to finish in 2 months and not take up a ton of space. It is always dense. So even a small/Medium pheno yields well. I have a few Blue Cush seeds, and I was told they can finish as fast as Sour Crack. The one I did took a little longer, but smelled nice and yield was just ok. I think that I will do a side by side in a couple weeks Blue Cush vs Sour Crack. Btw Sour Crinkle is a great Strain! I have a few going now..They finish fast and are a little bigger than Sour Crack. Not as Indica

I'm echoing @slowandeasy its sour crack, gold glue and strawberry nuggets for the best sleep. BUT sometimes I know people who drink do get used to "that feeling" that comes with alcohol, the sleepiness which knocks you out but for a little bit has that edge to it (I used to drink heavily to try to sleep for years. I'd drink a fifth of vodka a night to get sleep then switched to cannabis and stopped drinking at night ). And I tell you what. You really should consider 3bog if you can do a 4th. It's close in there for a 4th.
Sour crack is, in my opinion, one of their better sleep strains able to knock you out. It literally is done in 60 days. I'm running 4 now. 2 in 3 gal air pots (those pots are too big for the plant should have used 2 gal air pots) 1 in a 1 gal air pot, and 1 in 5 gal dwc. Even in dwc it's just as fast as, if not faster than, in soil. So it's very true to its speed. Again it's a small plant so if you're expecting monster yields, you wont get them. Sour crack is a strain to sog. I always have sour crack seeds available for those times when I need a fast reliable and strong strain. I had a major set back when a humungous plant that took up my entire 24x48x60 tent (I was thinking it could have got 120 days and been a pounder the way it was looking) died due to my air stone dying from my stupidity and lack of attention to it. I used a lot of bio additives and it clogges... anyway, for these specific reasons i keep sour crack so i can stuff it all in and have a harvest to tide me over and be back on track for a bigger harvest. So sour crack is a good one for all occasions.
