I started this journal from the beginning without looking at page 2. When I saw the chocolate mint in the first couple weeks, I thought no way that finishes. He is gonna scrap it and plant another seed. But damn! Didn’t she hold on to veg in order to gain size for ya! 54 days of vegging.
She wanted to deliver! Nice... how is she smoking?

Well, I rarely scrap a seedling. As long as it lives and puts out some new growth, then I wait to see what comes. Usually I'm pleasantly rewarded. That's certainly the case with this Mint. She's curing now. Take a look at the pre-harvest photos on next post.

Here's photos of harvest day for Chocolate Mint OG. She went 104 days , 54 to start flowering and then another 50 to get to this state. She got wet-trimmed and dried several days in brown-paper grocery bags. The dry yield was 4.1 oz (115.5 gr) and final height was 24" (61 cm). Haven't tried her yet since she's only 2 days into cure. But the smell is great and bud size/quantity is delightful.

Well, Gorilla Breath is taking a little longer than I expected. Its now Day 145 (65 days on 12/12). I've had her on a flush program (2ml per ltr of Advanced Nutrients Final Phase) for the past 12 days. I'll probably start harvesting, maybe a progressive 2-stage cut, during the coming week. :smoking:
