I have stopped adding carbs to my meatloaf years ago. I add an egg, spices and a little Oat milk with a big package of mixed frozen vegetables. Then I use no sugar added ketchup on top.
So from experience u think I should let it grow out or cut my losses and replace it! I think the fermented kelp I soaked the beans in caused the issue cuz couple came out the soak with a slimy coating around the seed shell which had already cracked open and 2 of those 5 I already had to chunk cuz they were mega wonky!
