I work for a trust fund baby arm chair grower. They micro manage the farm from 3 hours away, and the owner has never grown a plant a day in his life (but he'll tell you alllllll about how cannabis works.)

I will say, I did talk them out of putting T5 lights in the greenhouse. We're still lighting with only 1/3 the professional recommendation for lights (they paid a lot of money to have someone tell them how grow lights work, derp derp, and they STILL didn't listen to that recommendation.) But they did spring for a few Fluence Vypr 2p's (pretty sweet lights.)

After telling me that "light movers don't work, we aren't going to do that" when I made the recommendation for it, now we have light movers. Fucking jack off's. lol

The light movers are awesome. Every commercial grow out there should be implementing them!

Argh alright fine fine I'm getting dressed and going to the farm. Twist my arm, jeez @Mossy . I have to water the greenhouse today; we put about 1600 plants in there. My coworker (who I nicknamed Baby Huey because she's inept as shit and has to be babysat with every task on the planet, short of breathing (although she could probably use a few pointers on that too) has been pH'ing the feeds wrong, she just cannot wrap her head around it. I've practically written the instructions in crayon and taped an oreo cookie to the sheet saying "you get this if you do it right," but I know she'd just eat the oreo and still do it wrong.
