I made some chicken cordon Bleu with honey mustard sauce and homemade mashed potatoes for my wife's bday. Came out ok. The girls are happy so that's good for me.

I love chicken Cordon Blue, now I am craving it. That looks outstanding. Maybe dinner for tomorrow night? It is easier to keep the stuffing in than Chicken Kiev which I also like.
