New Grower Medical Strains-Anxiety

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend an auto strain that can help with Anxiety? Queen Seeds offer a photo, Euphoria, that is considered helpful, and I read somewhere Chocolate Chunk was good at relieving anxiety.

This condition really affects my quality of life. Does anyone have any experience of autos that are suited to treating this condition.

Swamp is dead on with those recommendations. I had serious anxiety issues. "Had". The proper indicas helped me work through it. I found avoiding even hybrids with sativa in them to be key till i got better. Kush of any variety being the best for me personally but perhaps most important is the trics. Clear trics can be bad for anxiety issues regardless of the strain. They make for a confusing up and down buzz that can make anxiety much worse. I found going amber to be the key.

The best strain I found thus far for anxiety is Black Berry Kush (Aghani x Blueberry).

Any of the dragons taken while amber will most certainly relieve anxiety... The pass couple sleepless nights when I just couldn't take it no more I busted out the jar of my stone and relaxed I felt

Great info guys! Thats really interesting about the colour of trichs. I have a catch 22, I'm not too keen on couch lock and like to be able to use my meds and work, get things done around the house etc etc. It will have to be a trade off I suppose. I will definitely be listing these suggestions, experimenting and finding what works best for me. I refuse to use antidepressants prescribed by a doctor, they are dangerous in my opinion.
