Man..at one time, some great dry n cure methods (easy) were dominate on afn's home page. I'n sure a bit of searching will harvest some nuggs.
Personally after harvest ...my primary tool is a barometer...upon inside ambient drying.bout 10 days (nice thick buds)...jar'em and with a barometer in the jar (I.use the caliber III). anything above 62% is going to require more drying...percentages = time.
Upon reaching at decided upon RH...(mine is 62 since that is the lowest .umidipak I found when I purchased ) Seal the jar...and begin a series of BURPING..... ever lengthing the seal period . After a month of this, I usually just seal it and only open when I'm seeking it's properties.
With 62% as a starting point....it's fine for a joint or pipe etc. Burns slow.
For my preferred e, I let tomorrows herbs sit out overnight to dry into the 50's. around 55% and down, it'll vape wonderfully.
