New Grower Seedstockers mixed auto grow 2nd run

Hi all

After my 1st successful run of autos I've decided to get another 4 on the go

This time its blue moby, mac and crack, Triton biscotto lime and thunder banana

I had 100% success germinating these and used jiffy peat pods and a household daylight bulb.

I soaked them I water nearly 36hr and all sprouted and 2 days later they surfaced and 3 are all now in 10L pots and 1 in a 12L

I've got them under the par+275w LED and rather than use the actual wattage on this grow im going to home in on the ppfd of the canopy. Just now it's around 400 and the light is aroumd 12" above and I'm hoping for short spacing internodes and little stumpy plants.

I'm unsure if I'll top or not and I'm only calling this day 2

I think that your way forward would be to use fabric pots if you are looking to increse your yeild,
i could never get watering right in plastic pots so started using fabric because you cant really overwater them.

i thougt your last ones looked good,

give the fabric pots ago and see

Thanks @NORBY I'll get some ordered as I do like this way of growing better than i did in coco as its easier and less stressful having to rely on ph and ec etx

Hey! Just curious. How big tent you got? Is just for veg? Looking nice.

That tent is a green Qube 60x90x160 my other one is 50x90x160

There both closet tents tucked out of sight. I do have a 60x120x180 tent but rarely use that as its a big moster and can't be hidden.

Tge 2 tents I use are for veg and flower but this is the 1st time I'm doing 4 autos. I normally do 3 photoperiod side by side as my LED is long and narrow

1 tent is for autos and the other is photos or clones

I might swap LED as my other one is alot wider so will cover back to front better but saying that I know the LED im using has a 60x120 capacity and PPFD is good on all 4 corners and spot on along centre

Here we are 1wk in.

Nothing much to report except light 10" above and PPFD around 500

I'm definitely wanting to keep my internoding close and avoid a stretch.

Also might not top these and see what happens

Morning all, and I hope you're all well.

I'm having a good morning updating my diaries and here we are in the auto tent.

Things are looking good and I think im around day 16 and I haven't topped these plants and thunk I might just leave them to do there thing and see how it goes.

Y light is really close around 11in above and is at 100w which gives a ppfd of 550 on edge and over 700 centre which is OK as nothing is directly under the centre. Temps are around 27c and humidty varies but judt now I've turned humidifier off as I'm happy around 48% and know it'll get higher.

The smallest seems to be the Triton biscotto lime I'll call her TBL and she's about 1 node less than the others which are all coming into node 6 and very short spaces in-between. The way its going I think these all might be little plants around 16/20" tall. Lol I'll come back to that once the shit hits the fan

What I have noticed is the blue moby is really purple on her underside of fan leaves and none of the others are like that. Even the top of her she looks great and green and no purple at all so any thoughts on that appreciated.

Hi all I hope you're all well and enjoying the summer.

It's absoloutely roasting here in the UK wirh a high 32C and I'm struggling to keep my temps lower than 30C inside the tent, but saying that I have read autos like temps to be around 27/30 so I ain't complaining.

Anyway it seems a long time since I updated and I'm pleased to say the flower show has begun.

I was a little stressed thinking my Triton biscotto lime was a hermie as I pulled a pair of balls off but lesson learnt it was those thingymajigs you have at the bottom of the stem qith white hair popping out and there's no signs of nanas.

I'm just feeding plain water but today I decided to treat to some pk5-8 to help with the flowering.

Lights still on 20/4 and getting a little crowded.

This is my 1st ever grow I've not defoliated or cut one single leaf off so it's a new chapter for me.

I think im on day 30 now give a day or 2 but comfortably week 4

I've never grown a sativa before and always aimed at indicas but I see some sleek long fan leaves so I dare say I'm gonna get my head screwed with some head highs lol

Hi all It's been a while and things slowly making progress. I think im on day 44ish

I will say I'm not enjoying the growing in soil as much as I thought I would, the easiness appeals but the yields are absoloutely atrocious!!

I've grown probably 20+ plants in 3yrs growing and I'm actually questioning the time and money for the return I get in yield..

I'm liking the blue thunder and mac an crack but I'm guessing between my blue moby and Triton biscotto I'll be lucky if I reach 50g over both plants..

Anyway here's some photos and I'm actually wondering if the Triton is actually hiding seeds inside the buds. Then again it's ny only 2nd grow for autos so it's still new.

I will say it'll be my last auto grow in soil and I'll be back on the coco
