Hi Dazed
That list is very impressive you really know your stuff now dude.
Will you have to feed your plant through its cycle?
Or are you trying to create a medium that does not need any kind of feeding.
Now thats something i would like to get into, did you see that brand of soil that claims your plant will not need to be fed.
I think Eyes on fire made a post on it somewhere.
Hey mate, this is something that hopefully won't need anything but rainwater and some molasses. I think adding molasses during flower really helps, and maybe once in veg.
I read an awesome piece on molasses a few days ago
http://forums.strainhunters.com/topic/7879-3-little-birds-molasses-manual/ , lots of great info. I didn't see the soil Eyes posted, will try to find it. This is basically sub cools mix but with UK amendments, if it works, I'll post links up here to where you can buy the products. Going to use this thread for the grow journal when it happens.
Going to 3 tier the pots so; bottom 1/3rd soil mix, middle 1/3rd Allmix, top 1/3rd Light mix. Or something like that lol.
Compared to mixes by the likes of
@Eyes on Fire ,
@DubV ,
@Duggy ,
@A4 etc, this is really basic, but that's what I want - and we all know the variety of products in the UK is very small compared to the US, with this mix, the products are easily accessible here.
Going to get mixing tomorrow hopefully!
EDIT: just thought I'd add that the molasses is to provide sugars and potash,
