Mephisto Genetics Auto blues showing difficulties

Hi all,
With my illuminauto order i got some auto-blues freebies.
Out of 5 i could germinate only 2 seeds.
They are now like 2.5 week olds and they look like in the photos.
Lights: cfl til 2.5 week , now i got them on dual arc bulb 1000watt hps/mh
Soil: potting soil(6ph) with perlite

Is this normal for auto blues?

I have a couple still that look completely f*cked.
I am down to 2/12 (I lost 3-4 to failure to germ, others just stopped doing anything). These were by far the saddest, weakest looking seedlings I've ever seen. Good luck!
