Lighting Autocob grow with big sm0 and mephisto.

Simple grow going. My perpetual grow timing was way off and my small veg room was empty so I dropped 4 more mephisto seeds and now patiently waiting to see what they do.


Lights are the autocob55. First lights sold directly by afn.
Low wattage, high efficiency, blindingly bright citizen cobs. Total of 220 watts

So far so good. Day 11 since they sprouted.

This is a good sign!!

Low wattage but short and wide plants. That means they are getting what they need.

Before long I won't be able to get to the watering section on the left lol.

If they weren't individually adjustable the shorter plant would be extremely under powered.
The lights vary in heights from 60-62-65-72 inches from the floor. The baby in the front left corner is 12" shorter than the tallest plant in the back left.

Now you need some Auto Pots!

You could do it easily with a 750w hps. I'm going for economical though. The most common space I see is 4x4 and people usually run 4 plants in it. This should help give people a better understanding of the lights with a low wattage comparison.

I did this last night. Luckily the autocob has a nice edge to attach a plant tie to hold it back up. Do you leave a creased stem?

Long over due update. Unbelievable growth and overall plant health.

I'm 6'2" tall, that back corner branch/bud is just about eyesight.

Little bit of tip burn. They are getting the last few gallons from the reservoir after feeding much older and mature plants.
