Hello everyone!

First things first.. I've been watching AF since I started growing like 2-3y ago, but only accomplished e complete grows as my country/parents really hate Cannabis and it's a pain in the ass to receive a visit home and move/hide the whole shbang. Growing Cannabis changed my life in a very positive way and I want to contribute as much as I can, starting with my new grow! Laziness aside:

Medium/mix: 50/50 Sphagnum and perlite

Grow Method: Topping on 4th/5th node depending as she is healthy or not and LST to keep things flat.

Fertilizer: Pretty much following TaNg's easy schedule, adding some suff here and there.

Supplements: Adding Neem oil every week on water and diatomaceous earth on top of the medium. Last grow I got some spider mites 2 weeks before harvest and f*ck those lil things, lots of work to control them. Even washed after harvest and got a nice result in the end, but better prevent.

Water Source: Tap water, pH around 8 but never had problems while using AN ph perfect.

Sex: Feminized

Breeder: Dutch Passion

Strain: Auto Colorado Cookies

Indica, Sativa or Hybrid: Indica

Light: 250W HPS (cooltube)

Light Schedule: 18/6

Set-up: Grow tent

Dimensions: 2 x 2 x 6 ft

Hydro or Soil: Soil

Number of plants: 1

Temperature/Humidity: It's summer here, so temps pretty much around 30ºC inside the tent and rh close to 80% as the room is around 26ºC with A/C. Outside is around 32-35ºC and rh close to 90% (Like hell, but wet).

PH: Praised be AN

Odor Control: none

Exhaust: one exhaust fan for the cooltube, one for the active air intake on bottom, a hole on top for the passive airflow and a small fan to give her that little wiggle.

Additional info: I'll be adding details during the updates!

I'm probably messing up with photos around the thread, but theres a first time for everything! And a special thanks already to @TaNg for the awesome schedules and @autobeast for the topping thread.

Took like 2 days to germ but no problems at all!

The first photos are really bad! Next ones are better, I promise!
Notes for the first week: As temps are really high, she showed up a bit of heat stress (leafs folding a bit) and a small stripe in one leaf (maybe some kind of insect). For week 2 I started adding Rhino Skin on feeding (with good results already, as i'll post her updates now at day 13)

Day 9: From day 7-9 i was off and gave her around 1L of feed before letting her alone. Again some leaf folding because of heat stress, but super fast, at that time i was: "oh, a bit of stress but the fastest auto I ever had so far"
day 9.jpg

Day 11: Again, was off from day 9 to 11 and gave her a nice 1.5L feed, hoping for no overwatering and when I got home.. Baam! Definitely the fastest auto I ever had.:smoking:
Day 11.jpg

Day 12: She's taking around 0,75L of feed daily like a champ and no nute burn so far. Starting to see Rhino Skin doing a nice work, a bit less heat stress now and probably getting better every day
Day 12.jpg

Day 13 (today): Well, she's really healthy right now, I can see clearly her 4th node fully developed and the 5th already there, so probably going to give her a nice top on 5th node tomorrow (any thoughts?).
Her feeding right right now is:
1.5mL/L sensi bloom A+B
1mL/L Rhino Skin
1mL/L Calimagic (preventively)

Next update after her top

Thanks for the welcome!!
Geez topped her yesterday in a hurry and got home today just before lights off with enough time for a nice feed a sloppy LST! Increased base feed to 2mL/L since I’ve seen no sign of overfeed yet, but left Rhino skin and Calimagic 1mL/L so her stems don’t get too hard to manage since she’s groing really fast:smoking:
Now photos!!:woohoo:
Day 14: Just before her top and after, tried to get a photo showing her developed 5th node.

Day 15 (today): Everything just fine, but she’s too fast her second branch is growing side branches too fast, it’s almost the size of the 5th node growth (like, wtf calm down bitch). Should I keep those or just defoliate ASAP? I’m thinking to give her first defoliation in 2 days (to see how she’s responding to the LST). Uff photos::d5:

Well, hope you guys can see the side branches already growing in the last photo. Her 4th and 5th didn’t grow enough yet to start LST, but will do as soon as i can! It’s too early but I’m so proud of her :bow::bow: Ooh almost no heat stress rn, maybe rhino skin is doing some work

Updates!
After a successful topping, she kept growing really healthy, pretty much zero heat stress now, feed increased to:
- 2mL/L Sensi Bloom A+B
- 2mL/L Calimagic
- 1mL/L Rhinoskin
Also, she’s taking nutes well, no tip/nute burns, probably increasing a bit more for week 3.
Day 16: just the day after her first LST, reacted like nothing happened at all! Started to get really bushy, and at this point, was removing only a leaf here and there for better air circulation.
F5727C3F-A712-45AC-81A4-48CDF19DB493.jpeg

Day 18-19: another LST done early in the day, including the 5th node and the end result on day 19. Also on day 19, gave her a big defol, removed most of the small growing tips to increase air flow and mitigate any chance for hermies due to light stress. That happened to me on my last grow. I didn’t removed any lower growth and some of those popcorn buds ended up showing small “nanners”, which I removed asap and got no seeds at all on my buds! Ok, photos

Leaves looking great out of the tent!
Day 20 (today): Just a night time after the defol, and she’s awesome! Probably going to defol a bit more in 2 days to remove some leaves in contact with others.

Updates! :smoking:
She’s doing great so far, base nutes now at 2mL/L. Probably reducing a bit at least for one or two days since she’s drinking 1.5L of water per day and I feed her every watering. Minimal Mg deficiency on the lower and oldest leaf, but everything else just fine. Starting big bud next week while also lowering base nutes to reduce N.
Day 21 (end of week 3):
A484F94F-A1F8-4DFB-882D-5745563F1CAA.jpeg

Day 26: no matter how many leaves I remove, 1 or 2 days after she just become a bush once again! At this stage, removing around 20 leaves every 3 days.
C68AA760-9220-4F56-B77B-9C2981A94A38.jpeg

Day 28 (end of week 4): lots of bud sites, at first I was thinking at lollipoping her completely, but since she was growing so fast, decided to give a shot for more and smaller buds! In the last pic, her most developed bud site so far, which is also a “secondary” one.

It’s filling out well lots of bud sites!

After a long time without news, a big update!
Kept her feeding schedule pretty much the same, around day 35, reduced the base nutes to 1.5mL/L and added Big bud+bud candy at 1mL/L. She’s taking up to 1.5L of water/feed every day, mostly because of high temps (26~33C). Besides the temperature, she’s going super fast, expecting to finish around 10-11 week!
Day 32: Was expecting a bit of stretch due to start of flowering, but got lots of pistils instead! Now, she’s probably getting short but very wide, almost a 2’x2’ space fulfilled.
394A9670-FDFC-473E-9A24-87560B56A55D.jpeg

Day 35: Took her outside to see her color better, a deep green, that’s why I decided to low base nutrients a bit to reduce Nitrogen. Saw 1 leaf clawing at the top of one bud, but looking great!

Day 37 (today): took a pic under her skirt, and look at those branches, they can carry some weight for sure! Stopped defoliating right now, since she’s at fulll flowering, maybe remove one or other here and there if needed. Pretty much stopped LST as well, got a good flat canopy and good distance between bud sites, suddenly there’s nothing left to do besides watch for any defficiencys and adjust the feeding! Tried to get some closer pics of the frosting, but my cellphone camera really couldn’t help

So far, a really easy strain and almost forgot, the smell, geez, it’s almost a punch when I get inside the room. Or maybe it’s because I didnt smoked even once in 3 months..

Hey nice growing! I want to grow that strain eventually. I was reading your first post where you mentioned spider mites make sure you stay out of other grow rooms/gardens before entering yours and I wouldn't recommend messing with clones unless you check with a microscope thats how I had them before and they killed the plants.

Thanks bro!So far, this is the best single strain grow I ever had, really easy strain and expecting a good harvest.
After the spider mites problems, I became almost paranoid, had so much work controlling them to still get a decent harvest. Before starting that grow I sanitized the whole house! I’m always cleaning my hands and tools with alcohol to prevent, also spraying neem at the top of the soil and around the tent.
Thanks for the tips too! Always good to know as many as possible against those lil things:cuss:
