ok my turn have 2 x blackstar240w, plugged them in and they worked.im not a commercial grower(i just want a warchest like dubs) so lets look at my 600w hps i had. hood, ballast(analog), fan, ducting, circuit breaker oh and bulb.man the heat problems, the ducting fell off twice and a constant worry of fire or arrest. i changed the bulb every six months even bought a faulty bulb and never got a refund. so the leds, i think, are what all personal growers should have and for new growers its a real no brainer.sj i would also like to note i will be buying new leds as soon as funds permit and although im happy with my blackstars the next led i buy will be able to be upgraded by me with parts from the company itself.

Ah the magnum, I've admired that light before. You must be great at tetris to get all that green in that space dub. When you water do you take them all out and repack? My spot will be jammed packed in a month and the logistics of watering has recently occurred to me

Savoy I set it up so that I can remove the middle row and get in to check all the airpots but there are times when all need fed at once :thumbs: That is a 5 hour adventure

That's what I was reading. People just turning their noses up, but that is SO not the case. And that is pure beauty. :thumbs: I've had my eye on that 357 if I ever upgrade to 4x4.

Devi8ed thanks bro :thumbs: That is 2 magnum +'s for a 4 x 4 space which seems to be almost perfert. If doing the standard 357 I would do 3....

Lots of good info for sure. I love my DWC but room is an issue when using 3.5 or 5 gallon buckets. Could fit so many more 7.5l airpots into the same space... :thumbs:

I use 20/4. My 4 is at night(1-5). I don't have daytime heat issues anymore plus I like to poke around the tents when I'm up

I've curious about some fun with airpots. I'm going to have a hard time getting off my hempy horse, but man people just seem to love them.

For lighting, I just make it a time where I'd normally be asleep. It's impossible sometimes not to at least take a little peek. Ladies are just so fun to watch grow up.

No way mine are off 1am till 5 am too lol great minds think alike. I'm trying 24/0 light until they show sex in my small tent,I think it was HereB4 said Dragons like it.

How are the temps in the garage mate? If it gets really cold in there at night you could keep the lights on,and have the off period in the day when its a little warmer
