Why thank you kind Sir, that room is 160cm x 60cm and the 2 lights at the side are GN MS0004 and the central on is a MS0006, my other room is just over 1m2 and I have 2 MS0006 in there but there getting the Philips Lumiled 1w chip upgrades fitted hopefully next week.
