After reading up on 300 watt cfl's there is alot of people saying that there are some rubbish one's on the 'Bay' . A m8t is going to lend me a (can't remember what the tech name for it) meter to check the lumens. Will let you now what it says later in the week.
Well looking forward to what I'm gonna get of these babes, du know of any smoke reports on Big Easy,,.

Day 52, It not bin long from last post I know but would like any comments on my babes, . As you can see the large fan leaves are yellowing and I know it's meat to start in flowering and I know the lower leaves will do because of lack of light . I have included a light meter reading of scrog screen level, mid range and warm to hand , next to lights. Just had compost tea with Bio bloom as posted, previous was water with molasses.
Does anyone think They may be suffering in any way. Temps 78 - 80 F lights on , 65 - 68 F lights off ., can't give humidity as don't have one of them tings yet and don't want to waste £10 on a perhaps working one frm The Bay prefer to save a little more for a reliable one. I'm in a Temperate zone and current weather conditions are medium to wet. The ambient temp of room with Groom in is 50 - 62 F
Don't include the yellowing of top of main stem cola at rear, that got scolded by cfl ballast.

They are hungry for Nitrogen i think, you shouldn't have so much yellowing at day 52, i've underfed a few times and it looks like classic N-def you have there.

Well-trained, you have a forest of spears there :)

All the best Pod,

steely

btw i forgot to say, it's a myth that a CFL ballast is hotter than the bulb.

wait until the bulb has been on for more than an hour then test it, its always hotter than the ballast with a CFL in my experience.

Hope your sort out that N def, and looking your next update.
