Anyone competing leave your name here....please put your country in the post as we are trying to get some seed sponsored places for it.

Any plant..any start date...between start and final Poll date.

Final Poll date 20th October 2019.

it will be winter here, so I won't be very competitive but I'll put my name down. I'm in Australia!!

Next year can we start at the beginning of the year so we can still make use of the longer daylight hours in the southern hemisphere? @Mossy I only grow outdoors and it's a shame to miss the outdoor battle or have to compete with limited daylight!

I might do it as a guerrilla grow, although I'm not sure Oct 20 is going to be late enough for a lot of people.

I do have some hash passion photos to get dropped at some point.

Next year can we start at the beginning of the year so we can still make use of the longer daylight hours in the southern hemisphere? @Mossy I only grow outdoors and it's a shame to miss the outdoor battle or have to compete with limited daylight!

i know diddly about photos and outdoor growing,not great at geography either.but it does seem a bit unfair on the southern atmosphere peeps
would extending either end by a month or two be any good ? or is the the complete opposite of our summer ? only way to do it then would be 2 seperate photo grows,and we combine the 2 grows and the end of the year..............when you slap bang in the middle of flower or if there was 2 comps would the southern universe grow off be a kinda empty in numbers ?

when is northern hemisphere peeps ideal grow time april-september ? and sourthern galaxy peeps ideal grow time is when ? should we have our end of year outdoor grow vote in May/June ish ?
would it make any difference if the battle ran from jan - dec ?
ideas/thoughts ? and stamping of feet

.... I'm planning on a grow Aunty, OK at the last spot, just have to see what work situation says about it! The new place and "client" is not good at this at all, frankly,...much will be up to me... I'll be talking with KIS Organics and FD about making a minimal input soil,... Seeds are set save one, Lilly, that 3-way African cross speed queen that I've been lusting over for a year++! ... A local mate has the elusive Pineapple Thai, so that's MOST tempting,... As usual, I won't be growing large plants, so start date is late May....

I think I could grow an auto and be reasonably competitive if we could extend the end date until the end of November or mid December this year? If we were to start on January 1 with a 2 week germ period before January 1st next year we would nearly be able to participate in the photo grow as well( wouldn't be monsters but that's ok). Our longest day is December 21 I believe. Running from 1 January with a 2 week prior germ date and ending mid October still next year would be amazing I think!! I hope this make sense as its Sunday and I'm stoned to the bone @hecno any thoughts? EDIT you rock archie

If it's not possible to extend the end of the outdoor battle this year I'm happy just to compete how it is and work on something different next year? I plan on being around this place until you guys throw my old ass out. I'm more than happy to win the 2020 outdoor battle . Give me more time to practice my craft and study the opposition . Who knows maybe I can win with a winter grown plant this year

@the green bandit ...I'm Thinking the easy way to do this would be to have a perpetual Outdoor grow thread...with two different poll dates to suit each climate...

But.... Skelly normally covers Outdoor.....and he needs winters off for other projects............soooooooooooooooooo

I'm Happy to do a perpetual Outdoor......if You are prepared to run it over the winter period......
