Yeah no problem dude, like I said, that is a wild guess but if there is a sign of webbing, and I think I can see it in that photo - it could be- and if it is, it isn't the end of the world despite what you read. Yes they are a B*tch to get rid of totally. It can be done through vigilance.
Sometimes the older mites can be seen by the naked eye. My up close vision is pretty good. And when I had them I could see them. A scope will just verify that. I had the Two Spotted variety. They reproduce quick, and can become immune to certain treatments if you don't switch it up.
My solution was CALICLEAN. A dude named CALIBUZZ posted his recipe. Search google for it. If you have mites, try it. It can totally be used during flowering. It takes a half pound of habaneros, about 2-3 quarts of water and 20 mins. And also a strainer, spray bottle, that's it. Yes it stings if it gets in your eye lol I know from experience! Using gloves is ideal and a simple respirator is better. Caliclean is great because it has some residual effect , but wont STAY on them for more than about a week ( I have found the proteins break down I believe)
Not trying to freak you out though, I went through a grow not knowing I had them (early grows where I would "set it and forget it" lol ronco rotisserie) I saw like a bronzing of the leaf, ends curly and crunchy, then they fall off. The white speckling on the top sides in my case were the scars they leave behind where they bite/suck. just check it out. Again, maybe a PH issue or watering. These guys here know way way more than I do.
If they are in a greenhouse, it could totally be mites, as there may not be outdoors natural predators to help you out- Check out Rogue Hydroponics. Look at their microscope for $15 bucks, many people on ebay sell a similar scope. It is cheap, it works, hope I could help ya out .
Whatever you do just don't go grabbing any old thing and spraying it, especially NEEM this late. Neem is kick ass stuff (when pure and emulsified properly) and works awesome, but I feel like it is more of a preventative maintenance type thing during veg. It has a garlicy nutty scent and can carry over when used mid late flower I have read.
Best way to treat mites is to not get them through preventative maintenance. In my case, I got them, they are kind of like....herpes...... These bastard mother f*cking mites can hide places and pretty much hibernate until a food source (plant) is around. They need the plants live juices to survive I believe. I hate them. A lot.
Peace
