The 2021 Outdoor Auto/Photo Competition!

I know I've lagged on keeping up on the updates, been 20 days since my last update here, I've just had a lot going on in life and haven't had the time/energy to post updates as frequently as I should and as much as I'd like too. I wish I was able to participate in more chit chat around this place in general, I dig the forums around here.

All of my plants in this competition (autos) finished up a week or two ago though....Reading the original post of this thread again, If I understand things correctly, I was supposed to declare the plant that I choose as my official entry a week before I harvested it? I totally forgot about such a just wasn't able to keep up with updates over the last 2 weeks or so of the plants lives.

If I am not disqualified at this point, I would like to choose the Mango Smile as my official entry. (it was very tough for me to choose between the Mango Smile and the Creme de la Chem)

I will post some pics of the other autos I had going in this comp (Creme de la Chem and Strawberry Mango Crumble) sometime soon, as well as a review of what I thought about growing these plants (since this was my first time growing autos) as well as a review of the flowers/smoke themselves. Just had a moment to post an update on here real quick.

And just to make sure I understand correctly...(If I am not disqualified) I need to choose two photographs to be used for the official poll? One of a cola/live bud, and of a dried bud...?....

Well I have called it, its time I have chopped the girl down after having a close look at the main bud I noticed bud rot or Mold, the rest of the plant seems OK, so I chopped the moldy bit of and have moved into my drying room,
I will update with final weight

Update #13

Start with the greenhouse and Seedstockers Cookies FV

The greenhouse sits on top of the buried discharge field of the aerorobic waste treatment we have. I haven't watered this plant for days as the roots seem to be tapped into the discharge field. I didn't think this would happen as there is a multi layer barrier between the discharge field and the growing soil. Maybe wicking it up?

No flowers yet, just doing her thing.

Next up is EBB x CS ...

Ebb was starting to stretch out the vent window on the roof, so supercrop time for her. Getting a bit of 0-10-10 Alaska Fish and some molasses once a week. Am thankful I got an early starter, as that means a nice early finisher in September!

No sign of flowering yet. Weekly treatment of @Phyter to prevent BR.

Seedstockers Blackberry Gum that was supposed to be an auto but nope. Had to move the tarp over a foot to make more room for Bberry.
Only in a 7 gallon bag, I was having to water every 22 hours or so. So I got the pickadze out and dug down a bit and stuck the pot in there.
I've been pruning a lot of suckers on this one. Also treated weekly with @Phyter to prevent BR and PM. This pic is from last night so it's a bit dark.

And last is the RM mutant. She's pulled over a bit to make room for Bberry. No sign of flowers yet. She's a survivor. Hard to get a decent picture of her silly self. Also treated with @Phyter weekly for BR and PM.

Official update- girls are doing good on the porch. First week all summer we will have more than one day of sun. 4 in a row is what it’s looking like so girls will love that! All three are doing some bulking but NYC Diesel is the clear leader in this race but we shall see…

GH effect playing it's role in this for sure... How long is your daylight hours currently mate? I recall another good Canadian mate Greenskell having some later-ish triggering.... That Lat also makes for some delay too I think? Either way, it right about now that they should start showing, so not "late" at all yet...
Oh yeah, one of his always-in choices was Delicious Fruity Chronic Juice, a very consistent performer for him, so put that under your hat fro next year!

WMN looks excellent Jean, that chick looks tent-grown all the way ... man did she fatten nicely too! ...that aroma is right up my alley, make me curious to what dry-->cure brings,... You can never be sure what'll lock in! This year the HBSS and White Crack both held true to their preharvest aromas, pretty unusual actually to stay that close... But Zamadelica and S99v6 keep knuckleballing me, weekly distinct nuance changes,..all good just the same!
What I'm super stoked about is how well they performed outside, under some harsh-ass conditions, and with some Phyter action they landed in great condition!

Mo, they sneak that shit in often I find,... last year, I saw nada for nanners or nards, zippo, and i was hawking them like a perv as always! Guess what showed up inn every photo that year-? .... you got it, WTF seeds- ... just a few-several from each, and gorgeous fully ripe ones as well... No idea who the daddy is, so Mystery Cross collection grows again! Someday I want to run a Mystery Chick grow ... not a worry about real intersex issues, no reports on the cultivars run,... fem for sure!

Bill, I wash too usually,... but just the baking soda/lemon juice and clear water ones,....forget hot water too, that's just idiocy!
To shed more water, think about trying a fast pendulum-swing with the stem base in your fingers; the centrifugal force won't hurt the trich and throws the water off well... the key is to not start or stop fast! Tried and true, but it's hard on the arms a bit-

Wow, me bad. Its been two+ weeks since my last posting here. I'm losing track of time; obviously, more projects and daily tasks than I have mental or physical capacity to handle. Anyway, my 3 outdoor photo-gals are doing just fine. Seems like everyday I'm pruning and defoliating, and then the next day, new interior growth is right back again. Ground-hogs day. They're each getting 2 gallons of feed every other day. Here's a peak:

@Waira Well the little Super Lemon Haze stem that I stuck in the ground is in veg for sure but it's time for her to start flower again
She is still in it but place your bets cuz she's a long shot The Northern lights plant is filling in well and she's the one I want to smoke anyway And to explain the other two. The one in the cup is for @St. Tom. I have seen his cuppers and holy moly I thought he was pulling a photo job when I first saw his cuppers but now T know he is legit. My first try so don't expect to much. The other is in a one gallon pot and they are both Northern lights regulars so I have not seen any signs but my money is that they are both going to be males
