Indoor 2 Girls 1 Box: JeanO, Twisted Tree + Night Owl in a Jr.

Day 47
Man these earthboxes kill it. Found my style and I think imma stick with it. Day 47. These pics don’t really show how big these girls have gotten. Ladies are drinking a full rez in two days. Haven’t done much other than add yah whey to the rez every other fill. I’ve also top watered some goodies like recharge, buildabloom, agsil16H, and enzyme elixir once a week or abouts. They have blown up in the last 10 days. Running out of room again.
Average temp 75F
Average humidity 58%
DLI 55 at the tops right now.

Day 49, Invader Zam Box
Anybody else train their plants in the shape of a box? When i pulled Invader Zam out to top water I noticed how box shaped she has become. I run in a 3x3 and have limited space. Funny how she looks when I take her out of the tent. The sweet smell she is giving off is out of this world.

Here is what the Jimmy Jacks (left) and Root Beer Float (right) look like from the side. I have had to trim quite a lot off so they dont just take over each other.

Yeah, the plant above will mirror their root systems below, so Earthbox plants can definitely tend to come out box shaped. Which, isn't the worst thing given the shape of our grow tents.

Day 54 Clean up
The tent was getting a little out of hand so it was time for a trimming. Took of some bunches of leaves and lower nodes that wont do much. I also top watered. Agsil16H Silica, quillaja, Big 6 Micros, BuildaBloom and some citric acid to lower pH. Gave the Jr. 0.5 L and the regular 1.5L. Then filled the rez after.
Love seeing these beasts when I open my tent.

@Lil Dab just a testament to a living soil system. I saw a gnat fly out my rez tube 3 days ago. So i put a new sticky trap on the Jr. (see if it gets outta hand) and not one single gnat on the trap. Ive discovered when I work on building a living soil system (this is my second run in this soil) things work themselves out. I havent had to spray anything or use mosquito bits or re-up on nematodes. I've used mustard seed meal once but I like adding it for the soil benefits, not the gnat killing benefits (definitely a plus though). Just wanted to share cause I know you been seeing gnats.
P.S. I think adding some nematodes at the start is almost a necessity. So you're definitely on the right path.

@Jean-O your Root Beer Float needs to stop stretching . I thought she was done a week ago but keeps creeping up to the light. Might have to jimmy rig the light to get it up a few more inches :eyebrows: I think its a little late to super crop

Tis the plant in the back...if it aint obvious...thats not even the main cola
