Dutch Passion Bob's Dutch Passion Grow - Auto Trichome & Cream and Auto Mimosa Punch on BioTabs

Hey friends,

Took a day off yesterday, did the upgrade tot Win11 on all but my production machine. Must say...Looks and feels nice. But that's not why you are here for :crying:

Let's begin with our Trichome & Cream. It seems she didn't develop the third fanleaf...

It looks damaged, so I'm going to take credit for that mistake. :wall:
Anyway, the next set of leaves is already there, so no harm done

The Mimosa Punch is looking really nice and she's causing me no trouble at all.
@Vapo, should I be topping just above the second node, remove the first node shoots and spread out those second node shoots? What would you suggest I do, because I would really like to do at least one grow Vapo style :headbang:

Here's a better view from the side...

Next up...the Do-Si-Dos...Also no troublemaker in the tent...

And my own Amnesia cross. She's starting to take off! :wiz:
View attachment 1520401

I turned down the extraction fan a tad, slowing down the amount of humid air that gets removed.

Also turned down the light from 50 to this setting...

This resulted in below values for the tent. Not bad at all...:jump:

Anyway, here's what most of you were waiting for...The next time lapse. Duration about three days, speed = 25fps. Don't forget to look at the soil, it still kinda freaks me out a bit! :yoinks::haha:

Regards,

Bob :toke:

Looking good Bob, looking good!!...I will do the following when I top mine:..
1)...I cut above the 3rd node, making the third the top node.
2)...I remove nodes 1+2 at the same time, the single and three finger leaves nodes.
3)...I can't find a decent pic @Bob's Auto's...but I am gonna write another pic tutorial when I do mine...I will tag you in:pass:

Edit:....if it was me dude, I always leave the third node as the top node, so in the pic, I would leave the node with a blue line and top at the third taking the fourth away....so I would top at the next node dude

I get what you're saying brother.
If I look at todays time lapse I'm going to have my work cut out tomorrow.
Are you online, available and willing during the day? Might need your advice...and would feel more comfortable knowing you are just a few clicks away

Hey guys...

Didn't get to cropping the ladies today...Way to sick for the moment and slept through the entire day
So all I've got is this time lapse. Duration 60 hours, speed = 25fps...Enjoy :thanks:

Ah that's never fun, I'm coming off being sick myself so I can definitely relate! Hope you get to feeling better soon Bob! :pass:

Day 19
Sorry dude ... But I just couldn't do it...:crying:

These ladies are growing like cabbage and are looking super healthy...

Even though the pots are heavy enough I still divided 1L water with a teaspoon of Bactrex added to it over the pots. The worms will create enough ventilation ways through the soil the coming hours and days

We're at the fourth node now and I'm probably going to top at the fifth node, removing the shoots from the first and second node.

Might even do nothing with this Trichome & Cream. She's staying nice and low to the ground with very small internodes.

Can't complain about the values inside the tent as well. Didn't change anything since last adjustment, so...Let's ride this wave for what it's worth.

....you were so close Bob!!....you very nearly became a member of the Sanson Club hehe!!...ladies look great btw..:d5::pass:

I know brother...Chickened out on ya...
To make up for it I've got another time lapse

Hello Bob...ladies look great dude...:d5:...just for you, here is a picture of a big chicken....
Screenshot_20221004-231705-236.png

...hehehe:crying::crying:no relation to any recent posts...Just a picture of a BIG CHICKEN...BKAAAWKK!!

Hey friends :toke:

After getting rid off that chicken yesterday I got to work this morning. Quite some work to do in the tent...So let's get started

Since the ladies are three weeks old I felt it was time to give them a boost just before they are about to turn...I'm using BioTabs' Boom Boom Spray. A product chockful with soluble peptides and plant based amino acids. It gives the plants a quick Nitrogen boost while helping them overcome stress.
The manual says to add 5ml to 1L of water, shake well and spray onto the plants until they are soaking wet. After use it's best to clean out the sprayer as the product will sorta coagulate and will be hard to get rid off...
1665043104477 _small.jpg

So after dowsing the plants completely and then drying off the sides of the tent it was time to do my second chore...As if it was work, lol...
In the meantime the ladies have drunk their pots almost empty as the weight of those was extremely light compared to a couple of days ago.
So I mixed up 5L (dechlorinated) tapwater with 5 grams of Bactrex and 25ml Orgatrex and divided this slowly over the four pots. I recuperated about 500ml which drained through the bottom of the pots, so they are good again for quite a while...
1665043104473 _small.jpg

Next up, and my final task for today was to remove the first node side shoots of all four plants. Experience thought me that those branches never produce anything worthy anyway, so better to redirect that energy somewhere else
1665043104468 _small.jpg

I rinsed and repeated this process for all four ladies. So please enjoy the next pictures without any commentary from myself :welcome:
1665043104463 _small.jpg

1665043104460 _small.jpg

1665043104456 _small.jpg

1665043104452 _small.jpg

1665043104448 _small.jpg

I adjusted the right front leg of the table so all the drainage would collect in one corner. Removing it is a manual task for now, but I'm having ideas already how to prevent that in the future...
1665043104444 _small.jpg

Didn't change the output of the light...
1665043104439 _small.jpg

But I did raise the speed of the extraction fan. Humidity needs to get around 65% now and with just watering the lot I expect it to raise in the couple of hours unless I did something.
1665043104436 _small.jpg

As you can see, humidity spiked just after closing the tent, but at this time of writing it's already at 78.8% and dropping.

Day 23
Hey growers :toke:

Spraying the ladies with the Boom Boom juice sure did pay off. Have a look for yourselves how growth is accelerating after being doused with it in the following time lapse.
Duration = 71 hours, speed = 25fps. Enjoy :thanks:
