aw cool bro.. um it's entirely up to you man depends on the spot you find i guess if you find a spot that you think no one is gonna find then i'd transplant it straight into the ground as from what I have read pots can get a lot hotter than planting into the ground but then again if the spot is quite sketchy you might want to keep em in pots incase for some reason they have to be moved somewhere else quickly.. depends on your situation really. i'm in the process of trying to find a spot atm for one of my plants i wanna grow it in the bush somewhere.. also be aware of animals like possums , rabbits roos , all of em could pose a threat to the plant may be wise to cover them with chicken wire or something, and if you decide to keep them in pots i'd suggest digging a hole in the ground for the pot to fit into to disguise it and also may help reduce the heat but I'm not 100 percent sure.. but yeah this my first time as well man so not really the best person to ask haha good luck tho
id say plants in the ground would be easier to water as the pots would dry up a lot quicker and may require more regular watering
