Stuck it where it belonged...
1683541345090 _small.jpg

The Auto Mac #1...You are making me doubt my decision @Dank Nuggets...Maybe I'll put two in one pot and repot that one to a 20gallon pot inside the greenhouse...
1683541345062 _small.jpg

Oh My Gusher, selection will be between the first and second. The third is looking a bit sad...No sad girls in my playground :naughtystep:
1683541345056 _small.jpg

Auto SFV OG, definitely the first one at the moment...

That's all folks....

Day 4
Hey Friends,

After all the hard work yesterday I was completely locked up...Spent the entire day on the couch, so filling pots will be something for tomorrow.
I did transplant my selected seedlings into the 3.5pots where the S.o.S. girls had been residing.
I just kept the soil damp, not wet by giving some water with a hefty dose of Pure Zym from Plagron added to that. The enzymes start breaking down the root system and that will be the nutrients for the seedlings.
Before opening the soil I gave each pot 200ml water with Bactrex added to that. Then with both hands ripping the soil open, creating a crevice where the seedling could fit. Then dusting it with a teaspoon of Mycotrex.
The tray with the seedlings got soaked as well as to make it easier to separate the rootball and seedling from the rest of the soil. I think I've done a reasonable job. Think two seedlings are probably not going to make it...See for yourself.

This left one looked very sad by the time I closed the tent up...

The happy one!!! :woohoo1:
1683655737818 _small.jpg

The sad one :crying:
1683655737805 _small.jpg

Both these girls will make it
1683655737898 _small.jpg

Decided to keep all three Mac's and transferred two into one pot. Guess the closest to the camera will probably not make it...
1683655737893 _small.jpg

Looking healthy...
1683655737859 _small.jpg

Both these OG's are looking great :shooty:

Day 7
Hey you guys!!! Ah, love that movie..."Stoned Bob?", "Yup, I am, yup"
giphy.gif

We have lift off guys!!! The seedlings are taking off and don't need to be watered as much like in the beginning. The roots are migrating into the reused soil to which I did nothing except cut out the thick stem. Roots remained in the soil, which means the new roots can take advantage of the pathways the old roots have made, trust me...I've read it somewhere :wiz:
I've also raised the output of the TS-1000. It went from 15% to 30%. The first days I wanted the seedlings to focus their energy on the roots as they needed to get a foothold in the soil. But now I see some seedlings stretching a bit and that is completely due to the low light output. Feel like they can handle the 30%

Amazing genetics inside these Dutch Passion girls. Have a look at the little one I f#(ked up while transplanting...It's still alive and kicking!! Whohoo :woohoo1:
1683901628880 _small.jpg

Nice right? :hump:
1683901628876 _small.jpg

This is the solo girl, all alone in that big pot...She'll do just fine :cool1:
1683901628872 _small.jpg

Both these San Fernando Valley OG's are in prime condition.
1683901628866 _small.jpg

I'm not a big fan of Kush, but this cultivar I had to try. The combination with Auto Glueberry OG was just to exciting not to grow one. ♥
1683901628863 _small.jpg

Just like the Mac #1, I fumbled this one. It also got a bump while transplanting and looked like it wouldn't make it, but just like the Mac #1 it survived and stood up all by itself :cooldance:
1683901628853 _small.jpg

Of course this will be the one that makes it inside the greenhouse. It has som much more growth then her sister, but then again this one got everything right :lildab:
1683901628858 _small.jpg

Have I told you guys how much I love these narrow, but high pots?
1683901628801 _small.jpg

Have a look how much downward these seedlings' roots can grow before they reach the bottom.
1683901628797 _small.jpg

Some overview shots...These girls look amazing :woohoo1::woohoo::woohoo1:

Still compiling the time lapse so you guys will have to wait a bit longer, but for now I'm going to end this chatter as I need to update my other thread.

So the time lapse finally compiled and compressed so I could upload it to the AFN server without overloading.
Duration = 72hours, speed = 120fps. Please enjoy :thanks:

Day 11
Hey Friends :toke:

Today it was finally time to water the pots thoroughly. It took almost a week for the water inside the pots to be used up. But I do feel the roots have journeyed down to the bottom. I gave almost 2L/0.5gallon water with a teaspoon of Bactrex. I rather they have to much bennies then not enough.
Have a look for yourselves :muahaha:
1684253200949 _small.jpg

The ladies love the extra light they are receiving and will be receiving some more for the coming days. This weekend I'll be transferring and transplanting the plants in their final pots inside the greenhouse

Three Auto Mac to choose from. The smallest one is the one I fumbled, but the genetics is just so fine that it recovered from my mistake. :thanks:
1684253201042 _small.jpg

My preference goes out to the one on the right, which looks the finest though... 🌹
1684253201008 _small.jpg

Right side will be a large one, perfectly suited to the greenhouse environment :coffee:
1684253201035 _small.jpg

Leaves look healthy as f#(k!!! The soil still has so many nutrients available I'm only giving water.
1684253201015 _small.jpg

You can probably guess which one I'm going to keep, right? :d5:
1684253201029 _small.jpg

1684253201021 _small.jpg

Let's finish today's post with another time lapse...Duration = 96hours, speed = 120fps. Enjoy :thanks:

Day 14
Hey Friends :pass:

Divided another two liter water between the pots. But besides that I've done nothing to these girls.
1684517050196 _small.jpg

It's almost time to transfer the selectees to their final pots inside the greenhouse.
1684517050192 _small.jpg

So, I'm just gonna shut up and let you enjoy the pictures :wall:

Day 17 - Transplanting
Hey you guys!!
Today was the day...Yesterday it got to warm to sit inside the greenhouse and today and the next days it will be cloudy. So no better time to put the selectees where they belong
It all starts with a hand dug hole, liberally dusted with some Mycotrex. Next job was to, carefully, caress the roots and soil out of the pot. And put it inside the hole.
1684766681405 _small.jpg

While I was digging the hole I turned my back a couple of seconds towards the selected plants and, son of a gun...The chickens were picking the leaves...tsss...:naughtystep: This is the selected Mac #1 out of all plants!!!
1684766681399 _small.jpg

All three girls got the same treatment and only need a bit of water (10L) with some added Bactrex (5gr.) and Orgatrex (20ml) in it. Each plant received about 1.5L from that said mix. Next up where the Floraflex Matrix discs. Bought these in a whim a couple of years ago and never used them. I figured they would come handy in an automated watering system?
1684766681394 _small.jpg

Once everything got connected, read on in my other thread HERE, it was time to test the system out. For the moment yet manual controlled, but this will soon be changed as I've ordered new MCU's for the controllers. Then I'll be able to get rid of that pesky Tuya device thing...For now, it's the Tuya app that switches the relays on or off.
1684766681359 _small.jpg

Four pots are connected to this controller. One palm and three "ladies" :eyebrows:
1684766681353 _small.jpg

Oh, before I forget...In three days it's Boom Boom Spray time :headbang:

Regards,

Bob
